POLICY POLICY !!

Please Read Carefully BEFORE Booking.

Terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services provided by Sweet Tee’s. Variations will NOT be accepted unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Booking Policy

Booking deposits are non-refundable unless appointment is cancelled by Sweet Tee. Remaining balance is due in FULL (cash, credit/debit card, Venmo or Zelle) once services are fully rendered. CASH APP is not accepted.

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

Services can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to appointment. If appointment is cancelled outside of the 48 hour window, the client will forfeit the original deposit. A full deposit will be required to reschedule services. 

CANCELLATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. Client will forfeit deposit if more than 15 minutes late. Full deposit will be required prior to services being rendered. Services provided to late clients are at the full discretion of Sweet Tee. Full deposit is required for any rescheduled services.

COVID Policy

Client must wash hands prior to service. Please, do not book services if under the weather. Rescheduling is available & required if client is unwell. Sweet Tee reserves the right to refuse services if client is suspected of being ill.

Additional Guests

Space is LIMITED! Additional guests are not permitted on the premises during service appointments. If you choose to bring extra guests, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
